Delivery and Returns Policy
My order did not arrive within the delivery timeframe specified, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team! Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unaware of any delivery issues unless notified by our customers. Please do let us know if you have experienced a delay which has caused your order to be delivered outside the delivery timeframe specified by the shipping option you have chosen, we can then offer you a refund for your shipping costs. Please note, the delivery timeframe begins when the item has shipped from our warehouse, not from the time the order was placed.
What do I do if my items arrived damaged or defective?
Please contact us at [email protected] and provide all your personal details and order number. We will contact you within 48 hours. If possible, we ask you to take pictures of your packaging and defective items. We will do our best to get you a quick solution to keep you up and running.
We will provide free shipping to get any faulty items returned to us. If you have returned an item to us for inspection that is deemed not to be faulty and you are outside your 14 day return period, you will be liable for any shipping costs to have the item shipped back to you.
I haven’t received all the items I ordered -
Please contact us at [email protected], provide your personal details as well as your order number and list the missing items. We will get in contact with you to solve the situation.
I have received an incorrect item -
Although we do our best to ensure all orders are correct, errors can happen on occasion! If you have received an incorrect item, please firstly contact our customer service team to let us know. We will then issue you with a free returns label to get the item sent back to us. Once we have received the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item out to you using our next day guaranteed service in order to rectify the issue as fast as we can. Please note, we will not send the correct item unless the initial incorrect item has been received back into our warehouse to avoid any unpaid for items being kept and not returned to us.
I would like to return a partial or complete order -
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt if they are still packed and sealed in the original packaging. Please return well packaged to the below address, including a cover note with your name and order number -

Once we have received and checked the contents to be in order we will refund you the item costs.
We will deduct a certain % in case the items have been opened/used, this % is determined after inspection and you will be informed by email.
We will not cover shipping costs for returns.
We will not provide a refund for any items which have been damaged by the customer.

I want to change/add something to my order?
In case your order has not been shipped yet you can contact us on [email protected]. Please provide all personal details and order number for a fast handling. We can remove items and refund the cost on the same day, adding an item is also possible, but your order won’t be shipped until the complete payment has been processed.
In case the order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t add or remove anything.
