These AEG barrels are bridged.
These barrels are 6.03mm for most of the barrel’s length, with the last portion expanding out to 6.35mm with channels cut into it. This design ensures that the BB leaves the barrel surrounded by a cushion of air and centralised to the barrels bore.
The S+ series have the same benefits of a TNT Studio 6.03mm barrel plus the addition of a micro rib directly below the entrance of the inner barrel.
The advantage of a S+ barrel by TNT Studio is that it keeps the BB in centre with the inner barrel. The BB also makes less contact with the barrels inner walls and thus reduces friction.
- The micro rib raises the BB effectively requiring less hop up from the bucking.
- The S+ barrel is a one piece deign.
The S+ barrels have also been referred to as The Solar Eclipse barrel.
