SSG-10 TDC Kit

Our 8-Piece SSG-10 TDC solution for both the beginner and PRO SSG-10 player.
This unique design ensures that the kit grips itself to the hopup unit, no glue, tape or epoxy is needed, which makes it extremely suitable for an easy installation.
This kit allows you to control your hopup adjustment with a turnable wheel on top of the outer barrel and gives your stock SSG-10 a boost when it comes to range and accuracy and will hop heavyweight BB's without any problem. This kit is a complete kit with drill tool included and is therefore a very comprehensive kit for a very affordable price. 

The TDC kit consists of 4 CNC made aluminum parts, 1 Stainless steel part and 1 steel ball plunger clicker wheel screw, 1 O-ring for on the wheel casing if u don't want the clicker system but a real fine adjustment, and 1 drill installation tool that ensures that you can precisely drill a 6mm hole in your
SSG-10 outer barrel to install this kit.

The CNC aluminum made arm:
This arm fits exactly in your stock SSG-10 hopup and has been prototyped several times to get it to fit exactly between the two parts of the SSG-10 hopup. The wings that are on both sides of the arm fit exactly in the notches of the hopup unit so that the arm always stays straight in your hopup unit.

The CNC aluminum made Nub:
The nub has a large patch to push your bucking patch up and uses the entire length of your bucking patch to lift the BB. This nub works best with the Stock SSG-10 Autobot bucking and buckings with a large patch like our SR-hop Bucking or Modify X-Range Bucking etc,
The nub is made to fit precisely so that it has the least amount of play in the hopup arm and therefore automatically gives the best TDC (Top Down Center) movement and pressure on your bucking. This ensures that you shoot straight, far, and accurately. Our machines and components are known for being superior when it comes to the fit of different components into and onto each other.

The CNC aluminum made TDC Wheel Casing:
The TDC Wheel Casing sits on top of your outer barrel, and it's as low as 4.80mm to make sure a lot of scopes still fits over the casing. The casing is made to use a ball plunger clicker wheel, or to remove the clicker screw and use an O-ring to make even finer adjustment possible. The casing perfectly fits on the round shape of the outer barrel and does not require any glue, expoy or tape to be installed on the outer barrel. A big plus of our kit is that there is no wobble possible in the casing and the outer barrel.
The casing is attached to the outer barrel with a screw and can therefore only be installed straight onto the outer barrel.

The Stainless Steel Attachment Screw:
This unique Stalker screw design allows you to screw the TDC Casing straight onto your outer barrel. You can use a small flat or large screwdriver to tighten the screw. The screw is made of high quality stainless steel so it is very strong
it is recommended to use some loctide red on the screw.

The CNC aluminum made TDC Wheel:
The wheel has a serrated edge to make the clicks possible when you turn the TDC wheel. The threads of the wheel are made to give fine clicks to your adjustment of the hopup setting. If you don't like the clicks you can always remove the ball plunger screw in the casing so that the wheel turns on an O-ring on the inside of the wheel. Last but not least, the wheel is engraved with a STALKER logo and + and - designation to remember which side to turn to adjust the hopup up or down.

        !!*ADVICE*!!

• USE A QUALITY HSS 6MM DRILL FOR DRILLING THE OUTER BARREL.
  (WE USE A BOSCH HSS DRILL)
  
  
• ONCE U ARE GOING TO INSTALL YOUR CLICKER BALL SCREW THAT SITS INSIDE THE TDC CASING, USE LOCTIDE RED ON THE SCREW AND AFTER THAT TUNE THE SCREW WITH A HEX KEY UNTIL THE WHEEL CLICKS!
