Description
Aero Cylinder Head: by vigorous reciprocating motion of the nozzle, light of the severe operating conditions, selecting the strength and durability, excellent duralumin material wear resistance. Moreover, it adopts alumite surface treatment (hardness UP) to suppress wear loss, and high precision all cutting process is adopted to maintain and improve accuracy of nozzle center position. Furthermore, we aimed at improving the rectification effect and the flow velocity by applying a taper process to reduce the flow velocity loss to the inflow side of the air.
Sealing Nozzle: the air from the piston performed in the same manner vigorously reciprocating cylinder fed into a BB bullet, the bullet feed, loading, is an important part to do the firing. Therefore, it adopts POM material which has dimensional accuracy, fatigue resistance, friction and abrasion resistance and self-lubrication performance. Incorporating O-rings to enhance airtightness with the cylinder head, it realizes smooth inspiration by designing its own nozzle tip with auxiliary air inlet. It prevents locking when piston retracts, reduces the burden on gears, and reduces battery consumption.

Upgrade Notes:
Be sure to apply lubricant on the cylinder head (grease or silicon spray) to the pipe part of the nozzle and the internal contact part of the nozzle! Also, please be sure to lubricate regularly. Please note that if leakage of oil film or O ring wears, air leakage will occur. * Compared with genuine products, the thickness of the cushion part is different, but since there is no problem, please use with confidence.
